Key Responsibilities

PayrollManagement

·       Manage end-to-end monthlypayroll activities for employees and workers.

·       Verify attendance, leave,overtime, deductions and payroll inputs.

·       Coordinate with Finance andPayroll teams for timely salary processing.

·       Manage Full & FinalSettlement for employees.


IndustrialRelations & Employee Relations

·       Handle day-to-day employee andworker grievances at the project site.

·       Maintain healthy employee andindustrial relations.

·       Handle disciplinary matters,misconduct cases and employee complaints.

·       Resolve workforce-relatedissues in coordination with site management.

·       Manage communication betweenworkers, supervisors and management.


Labour Law& Statutory Compliance

·       Ensure compliance withapplicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

·       Manage compliance related toPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages and other applicableregulations.

·       Maintain statutory registersand records.

·       Support labour inspections,audits and statutory requirements.


ContractLabour Management

·       Manage HR activities related tocontract workers and manpower.

·       Verify contractor documentationand manpower records.

·       Monitor attendance, wages andstatutory compliance of contract labour.

·       Coordinate with contractors forworkforce-related issues.

·       Ensure proper documentation andcompliance of contract manpower.

Site HROperations

·       Manage joining, onboarding,transfers, exits and employee documentation.

·       Monitor attendance, leave andmanpower deployment.

·       Coordinate with Project,Administration, Finance and other functional teams.

·       Support manpower planning andworkforce requirements.

EmployeeEngagement & Site Support

·       Maintain a positive workenvironment at the project site.

·       Address employee concerns andimprove employee satisfaction.

·       Ensure smooth implementation ofcompany HR policies at the site.

·       Act as the primary HR point ofcontact for employees and workers.



Requirements

·       Graduate/Postgraduate in HR,Personnel Management, Labour Laws or related field.

·       10–12 years of relevant HRexperience.

·       Strong experience in Payroll,Industrial Relations and HR Generalist activities.

·       Strong knowledge of Indianlabour laws and statutory compliance.

·       Experience handling largeworkforces and contract labour.

·       Good communication andinterpersonal skills.
