If you just finished CDL school, the first job matters more than any other. This reefer fleet pays you $650 a week to learn, guarantees $1,000 a week your first 3 months solo, and brings you home every two weeks.
Pay You Can Count On
- $650 weekly during 4 to 6 weeks of training
- $1,000 per week guaranteed for 3 months after solo dispatch
- Average weekly pay $1,300 to $1,500
- Monthly bonus based on performance
The Freight
- Refrigerated loads, 1,900 to 2,500 solo miles a week
- No unloading, you drive, they handle the freight
- Hub out of Atlanta, so north Alabama is right in the lane
Life on the Road
- Late model Freightliners
- Pets and riders after training
- Orientation 2 days or less with $300 orientation pay

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL, 21+, 120 hours minimum CDL school
- Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious violations in 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in 5 years
- No DUI/DWI within 5 to 10 years depending on CDL date
- Hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable employment
