BizFirst is assisting our clientwith recruiting a skilled and experienced Human Capital Consultant. Thisposition supports the following program: DCSA Financial ManagementModernization (FMM), where our client delivers financial management, costaccounting, and finance transformation support to the DefenseCounterintelligence and Security Agency alongside the prime contractor. Therole is a new addition to the engagement's staffing mix, is based onsite atDCSA headquarters in Quantico, Virginia, and requires an active Top Secretclearance.

Our client is a boutiqueconsulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skillsets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financialprocess enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwareimplementation.

What will you do

Serve as the human capitalconsultant on the DCSA FMM team, working across one or more human capitaldomains such as employee experience and engagement, workforce development,competencies and skills frameworks, workforce assessment, and organizational design.You will facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, including recurringtouchpoints, working sessions, and briefings; plan and execute in-person andvirtual events, including developing communications, coordinating logistics,and supporting implementation; and build visually compelling, high-qualityslides that carry the storyline and the insight. A meaningful share of the workis analytical, working with data sets, conducting analyses, identifying trends,and drawing conclusions leadership can act on. This role suits an experiencedconsultant who moves comfortably between facilitation, analysis, anddeliverable production in a cleared federal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support one or more human capital domains on the DCSAFMM engagement, including employee experience and engagement, workforcedevelopment, competencies and skills frameworks, workforce assessment, andorganizational design.
  • Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings,including recurring touchpoints, working sessions, and briefings.
  • Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events,including developing communications, coordinating logistics, and supportingimplementation.
  • Create visually compelling, high-quality slides thatsupport storytelling and insights for client and leadership audiences.
  • Work with data sets, conduct analyses, identify trends,and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards or data visualizationsthat make workforce data usable for decision making.
  • Coordinate with the prime contractor's team and theclient's functional leads to keep deliverables on schedule and consistent withengagement standards.
  • Work onsite in a cleared environment and maintain theclearance and security posture the program requires.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
  • Experience at the Associate (Experienced) consultantlevel, typically four (4) or more years of consulting or human capitalexperience.
  • Experience with one or more human capital domains; forexample: employee experience/engagement; workforce development (e.g., careerdevelopment, professional development); competencies and skills frameworks;workforce assessment; organizational design.
  • Proven ability to effectively facilitate internal andclient-facing meetings, including recurring touchpoints, working sessions, andbriefings.
  • Experience planning and executing both in-person andvirtual events, including developing communications, coordinating logistics,and supporting implementation.
  • Skilled in creating visually compelling, high-qualityslides that support storytelling and insights.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with data sets, conducting analyses,identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources,industrial/organizational psychology, business, public administration, or arelated field.
  • Ability to work onsite at DCSA headquarters inQuantico, Virginia.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with dashboards or data visualization toolssuch as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Human capital experience supporting a federal financialmanagement or CFO organization.
  • Experience on a DoD or Intelligence Community programin a cleared environment.
