About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse LPN to join our team in Gainesville, 2NG. As a Charge Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide ongoing support to our patients and their families. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospital or long-term care facility
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the nursing staff
  • Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Skills:

As a Charge Nurse LPN, you will utilize your strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills on a daily basis.
