FULL TIME JOB: SENIOR CNC SET-UP LEVEL 3 MILL MACHINIST

This role calls for a skilled machinist to take ownership of complex turning work, support first-piece prove-out, troubleshoot production issues, assist less-experienced machinists, improve repeatability, and production performance.

Compensation:
$29- $35 Per hour

Experience:
Five years of experience in the setup and operation of 3- and 4-axis CNC mills, with knowledge of tooling, toolholders, fixtures, and workholding methods to enhance quality and efficiency. Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and height gauges.

Ability to inspect parts in accordance with blueprints and WIP documentation.

Experience operating FANUC CNC controls and adjusting tool offsets and G-code programs at the machine. Experience machining aerospace materials, including aluminum, titanium, and Inconel.

Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and AS9100D.
Software:
Basic understanding of G Code, Mastercam, SW.
General Responsibilities:

Experience Required: Must have three years’ experience in:

·         Must have experience using Fanuc and/or FADAL Controls.

·         Have experience setting up and running 3 & 4 Axis Mills!

·         CNC Mill programming using G Code at the machine.

·         Be Familiar ISO9001D, and/or ISOAs9100, PPAP and CAR

·         Must have experience reading 2D drawings and G, D & T

·         General Software-Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook, Power Point.

·         Ability to lift 50 pounds.

·         Ability to stand throughout the work shift.

·         Experience in Aerospace, Medical, or high-volume manufacturing
