Job Details: Job Location: Worcester, MA 01604, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly, Job Category: Health Care, At Elite Oral Surgery Associates, the Patient Coordinator is more than a front desk role — you are the first impression and a key part of creating a calm, welcoming experience that helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and know how to keep a schedule running smoothly, we’d love to meet you. This role requires fluency in Spanish. Candidates who are not fluent in Spanish and English will not be considered at this time. Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm (no weekends or late nights!)Responsibilities Create a welcoming, high-energy environment by greeting patients and setting the tone for an exceptional visit   Keep the day running seamlessly by managing the schedule, minimizing wait times, and proactively solving issues as they arise   Serve as the connection point between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication   Support patients through their visit — from check-in to check-out — including scheduling next appointments and collecting payments   Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and discuss financial options with confidence and accuracy   Stay ahead of the schedule by confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and following up on missed or late arrivals   Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all processes align with HIPAA standards   Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional front office environment   Support the team with onboarding, training, and day-to-day office operations   Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management  This is an opportunity to step into a well-run, team-oriented practice where your role is essential to both the patient experience and the success of the office.  Full-time Benefits We recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:  Health insurance starting on your first day of employment  Vision insurance   Paid vacation time   Paid holidays   Paid sick time   Dental and orthodontic benefits   401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution  Consistent, set schedule (no weekends!)     #simplydenQualifications: Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred  Hands-on experience verifying insurance and a strong understanding of coverage, benefits, and patient responsibility is highly desired   Proven ability to manage a busy schedule and multitask in a fast-paced environment   Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with patients about treatment and finances   High attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and payments   Professional presence with a positive, team-oriented mindset that provides exceptional customer service to all our patients  Comfort using practice management software and standard office tools
