Sonic Summary

This position is a support role focused on the development and management of Advanced Product Quality Planning and PPAP processes for a facility.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing process manuals and quality standards for tooling, as well as updating these documents due to engineering changes.
The role also involves maintaining visual sample boards, initiating sample submission activities, and managing the Corrective Action process.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or engineering roles.
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Support position with primary activities being the development and management of facility Advanced Product Quality Planning and PPAP Process.

Develop and implement the customer and internal requirements of process manuals and quality standards for takeover tooling, including updates/changes resulting from engineering changes.

Process FMEA

Develop and maintain the accuracy of visual sample boards as required.

Initiate customer or internal sample submission activities for transfer tool program.

Maintain and apply the Corrective Action process, as required.

Perform file maintenance.

Manage and administer measurement equipment calibration activities as required.

Other duties as assigned.
