Our compensation packages are above industry standard, and we believe we have built a culture that truly is family first. The duration of this position is a year in length minimum. Overtime pay is given after 40 hours worked. Mileage reimbursement and per diem 7 days a week given if over 2 hours from the job location. 聽


Responsibilities:

路 Develop and execute health and safety plans/training in the workplace

路 Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety

路 Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention

路 Coach/correct safety concerns in the field聽

路 Perform field safety audits聽

路 Inspect equipment and construction projects to observe possible unsafe conditions

路 Investigate accidents or incidents

路 Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures

路 Prepare safety permits/approvals

路 Provide professional expertise

Requirements

  • College degree preferred or relative job experience
  • Heavy construction experience聽
  • OSHA Certification (10, 30, 510, or 500) in Construction
  • Army Corp of Engineers jobsite experience聽
  • Ability to work all shifts (day/night/weekends)
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient Word/Excel/Powerpoint
  • Valid Driver's License
