Groundskeeper

TriBridge Residential is actively seeking a Groundskeeper for our Loray Mill Lofts property, located in Gastonia, NC.

General Job Description:
To provide prompt, professional, and courteous service. To assist the Service Manager in maintaining all physical aspects of the community in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in the approved Business Plan. To ensure that work is performed according to TriBridge Residential policies and procedures. To be aware of changes to policies, procedures, codes and guidelines
Responsibilities and Duties

• To report to the Service Manager each morning, each evening and as required for work assignments.
• Inform Service Manager of low stock items or unavailable parts and supplies.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Service Manager
• Walk grounds daily disposing of any debris not disposed of properly.
• Operate compactor, if applicable.
• Maintain pool facilities during the appropriate season.
• Perform other duties as outlined by the Service Manager.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Service Manager
• Attend all in-house training classes as required.
