HVAC Residential Installer

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC residential installer to join our team.  The individual in this role will be responsible for replacing and installing HVAC equipment in our apartment communities. Candidates should have extensive experience handling, installing, and replacing HVAC equipment.  We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and consistent work. Responsibilities:

• Travel to properties daily as scheduled.
• May require out of town and overnight travel.
• Installation and replacement of 1 ½ -5 ton residential HVAC systems.
• May perform ductwork repair and/or replacements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years apprenticeship under a journeyperson preferred.
• Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle and transport refrigerants required.
• Previous on the job training a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical-thinker, problem-solver.
• Must hold a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
• Must be familiar with HVAC tools.
• Ductwork experience a plus.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing connections of HVAC equipment a plus.
• Friendly and professional.
• Good physical condition and strength.
• Must work with others in a team environment.
• Must be willing to travel.  
• Must be willing to be exposed to outside working conditions year-round.
• Must be willing to clean job site after job completion.
