Carriage House Apartments is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and a positive, can‑do mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a meaningful impact on the community they serve.
What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Perform apartment make‑readies and punch work
- Maintain apartment grounds and common areas
- Handle general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Keep the maintenance shop organized
- Participate in emergency on‑call rotation
- Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and team members—even under pressure
Schedule & Requirements
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Shared on‑call rotation and some weekend requirements
- Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus, but not required
