Folio Specialist

SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday 12pm - 9pm EST

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Provide support with retrieval and resolution of hotel folios along with other general hotel administrative responsibilities.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call clients to confirm hotel checkouts
  • Folio reconciliations
  • Assist with booking reservations as needed
  • Call to retrieve needed documentation
  • Assist the Housing Coordinators with hotel extensions
  • Assist with inbound calls to the department


ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs other duties as assigned.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports the organization's quality program(s).


QUALIFICATIONS


Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.


Experience
One (1) year of experience in construction management, restoration and/or insurance claims and customer service required.聽 Chronicle software experience preferred.
