Join our team and be part of creating memorable moments in a place where luxury meets the great outdoors.    About the Position:  As a Golf Pro Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall operations of the Pro Shop. This is a seasonal part-time or full-time position, depending on the demands. If you are looking for a fun way to earn extra money this summer, while providing excellent service to resort golfers, then we encourage you to apply today!    Responsibilities:  Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.   Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and replenish stock as needed to ensure the Pro Shop is well-stocked and organized.   Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash or credit card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.   Organize and display merchandise in an attractive manner to maximize sales and maintain a clean and well-organized Pro Shop environment.   Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.   Other duties as required.  Qualifications  Requirements:  Must be at least 16 years of age with reliable transportation.   Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a golf resort.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.   Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and inventory management.   Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
