Qualifications

EDUCATION: Minimum: • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA Certification CCC-SLP (Successful completion of CFY year post-masters degree) Preferred: • Strong CF considered LICENSE: Minimum: • Current, or eligible for, NYS SLP license PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum: • BLS certification required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: • New grad acceptable Preferred: • One to two years experience. SKILLS: Minimum: • Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested. • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner. • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills. • Computer literacy Preferred: • Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record
