An experienced deckhand is needed for a private, dual season 45m motor yacht with a start date in mid-September 2026.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of proven superyacht deckhand experience and valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas.
The position requires the ability to work alongside a Chief Officer, Chase Boat Driver, and an experienced Deckhand, with a Yachtmaster certification and valid STCW & ENG1.
The salary for this role ranges from $4,000 to $4,500 per month, with 60 days of leave and medical insurance provided.
The vessel will be joining in Italy and will be crossing to the Bahamas, Caribbean, and Florida by the end of October.

EXPERIENCED DECKHAND (male due to cabin arrangements)

Seeking a deckhand to join this dual season vessel. This is a private, dual season program with excellent crew longevity.

Start Date: Mid-September 2026 (as soon as possible)

Location / Itinerary: Joining in Italy (Warranty works) ➔ Crossing end of October to Bahamas / Caribbean / Florida

Vessel: 45m Private Motor Yacht (9 crew + chase boat crew / American owners who values longevity)

Required Visas / Passports:

- Valid B1/B2 Visa in hand (Essential)

- ⁠Valid Schengen Visa or Passport allowing entry into Italy

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1 year+ of proven superyacht deckhand experience with good, verifiable references

- ⁠Ability to take direction and work alongside a Chief Officer, Chase Boat Driver, and an experienced Deckhand

- ⁠Yachtmaster in hand

- ⁠Valid STCW & ENG1

Package:

Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 / month

Leave: 60 days
