About the Role:
Skytouch Holdings Of Georgetown LLC is looking for a driven and hospitality-focused Assistant General Manager to join the team at the Fairfield by Marriott in Georgetown, KY. Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining Marriott brand standards and service quality
- Supervise, train, and motivate front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing to optimize labor efficiency
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor room revenue, occupancy rates, and operational budgets
- Assist with sales efforts, corporate accounts, and group bookings
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience, preferably with a branded property
- Prior Marriott or select-service hotel experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS); Marriott systems a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction scores and manage operational KPIs
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
