About the Role:
Skytouch Holdings Of Georgetown LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the Fairfield by Marriott in Georgetown, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a well-recognized Marriott brand property and drive exceptional guest experiences while leading a passionate hospitality team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met
- Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize revenue and control costs
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and quality assurance requirements
- Drive sales strategies and work with local accounts to increase occupancy and RevPAR
- Handle guest relations, resolve escalated complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of hotel team members
- Coordinate with ownership and corporate leadership on property goals and reporting
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting and inventory management; overseas daily and long-range revenue optimization using RMS/OTA Channel management tools
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience required
- Prior experience with Marriott branded properties strongly preferred
- Proven track record in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
