We are growing our landscape team in Georgetown and are hiring a full-time Landscape Crew Member.Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourSchedule: Full time, daytime hoursLocation: Georgetown, TX 78626 (in person)OverviewJoin our landscaping team and help keep our clients' grounds clean, healthy and sharp-looking. You will do hands-on grounds maintenance, landscape care and occasional hardscape projects while working outdoors year-round. If you take pride in a well-kept property and want steady work with room to grow, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities Mow, trim, edge, prune, plant and fertilize to keep grounds healthy and attractive. Safely operate mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers and other power and hand tools. Clean and mulch beds, pull weeds and pick up litter and debris across the property. Inspect irrigation systems for leaks or broken heads and make adjustments or report issues. Assist with installing hardscape features such as walkways, pavers and retaining walls. Help with seasonal work such as leaf removal, planting and storm cleanup. We will train the right person. Comfortable operating and doing basic upkeep on landscaping equipment. Plant and tree identification and irrigation experience are a plus. Able to work outdoors in Texas heat and all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk and bend for long periods. Reliable transportation to the job site. Valid driver's license is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
