We provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, and dual diagnoses. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting recovery while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Education & Licensure Requirements Required: Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related behavioral health field. Wisconsin Substance Abuse Counselor credential or Mental Health license in good standing, including one or more of the following: SAC-IT (Substance Abuse Counselor-In Training) SAC (Substance Abuse Counselor) CSAC (Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor) CSAC-IT (Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor-In Training) LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LPC-IT (Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) APSW (Advanced Practice Social Worker) CAPSW (Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) LMFT-IT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-In Training) Preferred: Experience working with Substance Use Disorders (SUD), Co-Occurring Disorders, Mental Health, and Dual Diagnosis populations. Experience facilitating group therapy in PHP, IOP, residential, or outpatient settings.  QualificationsKey Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Lead psychoeducational groups focused on recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and mental wellness. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and treatment plan reviews. Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically indicated. Coordinate care with referral sources, family members, healthcare providers, and community partners. Assist clients with discharge planning and connection to community resources. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Wisconsin DHS regulations, Medicaid requirements, and organizational policies. Respond appropriately to crisis situations and coordinate interventions as needed. Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards of practice. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
