ELS is hiring for the position of Activities Supervisor in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

What you'll do:

As the Activates Supervisor and part of our Activities team at Drummer Boy Campground in Gettysburg, you will implement weekly resort activities and events for our guests. You work as a team participant along with management to ensure the community meets the quality standards set by ELS.

Your job will include:

Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort.
Coordinate and manage all preparations for events.
Manage all activities related to weekly schedules.
Maintain open communications with resort management, guests, and vendors.
At all times, represent the resort in a professional manner.

Skills & experience you need:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
Activities and planning experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
