Summary

This role is dedicated to advancing the PPGR team's mission through comprehensive support in socio-economic research, content creation, and project coordination. The position serves as a vital link in driving policy analysis, fostering thought leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of various departmental initiatives. By managing reporting requirements, facilitating stakeholder interactions, and producing engaging digital content, the incumbent plays a key part in strengthening the organization's public presence and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of socio-economic studies and the preparation of related reports.
  • Deliver high-quality research, drafting, and editing services to support the PPGR team's objectives.
  • Compile and manage necessary documentation and data for multiple ongoing projects within the department.
  • Facilitate general project management activities and maintain effective communication channels with government entities.
  • Help design and roll out new programs, initiatives, and strategic projects.
  • Aid in policy evaluation, strategic reviews, and the development of thought leadership materials.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts and lead or assist in the facilitation of meetings.
  • Generate and publish weekly social media content on LinkedIn and Twitter, adhering to approved topics and internal review protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to conduct and support socio-economic research and analysis.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, particularly for digital platforms.
  • Experience in project management and coordination of team initiatives.
  • Familiarity with government relations and public sector engagement processes.
  • Competence in policy analysis and the ability to contribute to strategic reviews.
  • Skills in stakeholder management and meeting facilitation.
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels, specifically LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and complete ad-hoc tasks as required.
