KidsUnited is a premier youth soccer and child development program creating fun, confidence-building experiences for children ages 18 months to 9 years.
We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Manager who is ready to take ownership, develop a team, and help build a thriving KidsUnited club. This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging leader who enjoys sales, youth sports, and working directly with families—and wants a clear path to continued growth.
Working alongside the Regional Manager and ownership team, you’ll play a hands-on role in membership growth, team leadership, community engagement, and daily club operations.
What You’ll Do
Grow Membership & Community Awareness
- Connect with prospective families and turn leads into memberships.
- Help achieve membership, retention, and revenue goals.
- Represent KidsUnited at community events and build local partnerships.
- Support social media, grassroots marketing, and outreach efforts.
Lead and Develop the Team
- Coach, motivate, and develop coaches and front desk staff.
- Help recruit, train, schedule, and support team members.
- Create a positive, accountable, and family-first team culture.
- Step up as a trusted leader during daily club operations.
Create an Exceptional Family Experience
- Build meaningful relationships with children and parents.
- Ensure every family feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
- Resolve questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and energetic club environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience.
- Sales and customer service experience; membership sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, dependable, and results-driven mindset.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Experience in youth sports, soccer, coaching, early childhood programs, community marketing, or CRM-based lead management is preferred—but we also value motivated leaders who are ready to learn.
