IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY — HIGH-VOLUME STORE

Bill Luke San Tan has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-volume team.

This is a highly sought-after opportunity within the store, offering strong earning potential, an excellent team culture, career growth, and a competitive schedule.

We are looking for a proven F&I professional who can produce at a high level while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, customer service, compliance, and professionalism.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the complete F&I process from application through funding

  • Sell finance and insurance products while maintaining strong F&I income

  • Work closely with Sales Management and sales staff to maximize dealership profitability

  • Build strong relationships with customers and employees

  • Help identify and resolve disconnects throughout the sales and finance process

  • Maintain strong relationships and an impeccable reputation with lenders

  • Submit accurate and complete paperwork to secure timely funding

  • Keep Contracts in Transit (CIT) at a minimum

  • Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Maintain compliance with applicable tax, DMV, title, and registration requirements

  • Work with local and national banks, lenders, and manufacturer representatives

  • Set and track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance goals

  • Participate in dealership training and development programs

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior automotive F&I/Finance Manager experience required

  • 4+ years of automotive finance experience preferred

  • Proven ability to consistently produce at a high level

  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Experience with Dealertrack and ADP

  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus

  • DocuPad experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of DMV, title, registration, secondary lending, and banking processes

  • Understanding of applicable tax and finance regulations

  • Ability to work effectively with lenders and financial institutions

  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, if required for the position
