We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our Gilbert office on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to work from one dedicated office location. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures Take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization standards Place and remove orthodontic appliances as directed by the orthodontist Educate patients on oral hygiene and the proper care of braces, aligners, and other appliances Accurately document treatment notes and patient progress Help maintain inventory and an organized, efficient clinical area Provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous orthodontic assisting experience is required Current Arizona dental assisting credentials preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Commitment to providing outstanding patient care What We Offer $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience Opportunities for continued learning and professional growth Supportive and collaborative team environment Flexible schedule Qualifications
