Join Our Golf Operations Team!

On the Job

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests from the moment they arrive until they leave the property.
• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
• Assist members and guests with golf bags, including loading and unloading bags onto carts.
• Provide club cleaning services and help maintain an organized work area.
• Prepare golf carts for member and guest play by staging them in the designated cart area.
• Return carts to storage clean and ready for the next round, removing debris, towels, scorecards, and other items.
• Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and maintain the driving range.
• Wash, organize, and arrange range balls and baskets according to club standards.
• Be attentive to the needs of members and guests and take initiative to create a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Stay active and productive throughout your shift. When one task is complete, look for the next opportunity to assist a guest, support the team, clean, organize, or improve the operation.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming golf environment at all times.
