BUILDING MAINTENANCE- HANDYMAN

Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Maintenance Candidate/Experienced Handyman to perform the maintenance, repair, and operation of our facilities. 

You will coordinate repairs and adopt a hands-on approach to perform various handyman jobs as needed. Your leadership will ensure that our property remains safe, welcoming, and operational for all customers and employees

Requirements

· Perform handyman tasks, including:

· Basic electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures and outlets).

· Plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures).

· Carpentry work (e.g., repairing doors, windows, and furniture).

· Drywall repairs (e.g., patching holes and repainting).

· Minor HVAC interventions (e.g., changing filters and troubleshooting issues).

· Painting and touch-up work for interiors and exteriors.

· Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.

· Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

Qualifications

· High school diploma required; technical certification a PLUS

· Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex facility issues.
