BMW Concierge - Service Drive Genius

Pacific BMW is hiring a BMW Concierge Genius for the Service Department, responsible for assisting clients with their questions and technology needs regarding their BMWs' updates and knowledge. This position reports to Edgar Oganesyan, Service Manager. The Service Department's hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am- 6 pm & Saturday from 8 am- 4 pm. This is a full-time position, paid hourly, starting at $20.

Qualifications:  

• Fluent in Armenian is preferred but not required
• Dealership experience as a Sales or Service Porter 
• Technology-savvy and familiarity with BMW's technology
• Detail-oriented and attentive to customers' needs  
• Ability to easily engage in conversation and personalize customer interactions  
• Superior work ethic and dependability
• Minimum of 3 years with a US driver's license with no points on record
• High school diploma or equivalent  

Job Duties

• Proactively acknowledge and welcome visitors entering the Service drive with enthusiasm following the premium customer experience training
• Personalize all clients’ Dealership experience and ensure they are given proper next steps and expectations
• Use all available technology, including mobile applications and computer software, to maintain contacts
• Train for the BMW Genius Certification and maintain quarterly training courses and assessment completion
• Understand the basics of the service process and familiarize with all sub-department roles to properly hand-off customers
• Manage customer challenges that arise with tact and patience
• Be actively aware of your surroundings; be proactive and help customers wherever is needed
• Assist the Service Advisors team with making next-day follow-up phone calls and appointment confirmation calls
• Assist with moving vehicles and scanning the lot for help as needed
• Thank clients as they exit the service drive and inquire about their visit’s satisfaction

 Physical Requirements

• Surroundings: position requires standing for long periods of time in an air-conditioned office, and spending some time outdoors exposed to the weather and elements  
• Infrequently: sitting  
• Regularly: standing, walking, bending, twisting and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching and/or lifting overhead, grabbing with hands, pushing and pulling heavy machinery
