Description:

Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Neurologist for a growing multidisciplinary spine, pain, and neurology practice in Glendale and the Phoenix West Valley.

The incoming physician will manage a broad general Neurology patient population while collaborating with Pain Management physicians and advanced practice providers within an established outpatient platform.

The role may include EMG, EEG, neuroimaging review, and other neurological diagnostic testing based on physician training and expertise.

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology

• Active or eligible Arizona medical license

• Active DEA registration

• Strong general Neurology skills

• EMG/EEG capabilities preferred

• Strong communication and collaborative skills
