We provide paid training for qualified candidates, including: Training on the YMCA of the USA Swim Curriculum Shadowing and mentoring with experienced instructors Ongoing coaching and professional development A supportive team that's invested in your success What You'll Do As a Swim Instructor, you will: Teach swim lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities. Lead engaging group and private lessons using the YMCA Swim Curriculum.
