·         Demonstrateanin-depthknowledgeofthemerchandise

·         Afterclosing a sale,monitor all detailsincluding:shipping,alterations (if applicable)and special requeststo ensurecustomersatisfaction

·         Complywithallsalesrelatedpoliciesandprocedures

·         Maintainakeeninterestinthefashionindustryandmarkettrends

CUSTOMERSERVICE

·         Providethehighestlevelofcustomerservice

·         Buildandmaintainrepeatclientele;utilizeclientbook

·         Resolveallclientproblemsandcomplaintsquicklyandeffectively,ensuringclientsatisfaction

OPERATIONS

·         Keepsellingfloorandmerchandiseneat,organizedandstocked

·         Assistinthemaintenanceofallinventoryinthestockroomandonthesellingfloor

·         Assistinallareasofstock,shipping,receivingprotocol/policiesandallshipping/receivingrelatedpaperwork.

·         Participateininventories

·         ComplywithallPoint-of-Salepoliciesandprocedures

·         Properlyexecuteallrelevantregisterfunctions

·         Adheretoworkschedule,inclusiveoftimeandattendance

·         Participateinallrelevanttraininganddevelopment seminars,programsandmeetingsasdirectedbystoremanagement
