Auto Body Technician Qualifications:

· Ability to use frame and measuring equipment
· Repair/straighten metal panels
· Repair vehicles per OEM requirements
· Willingness to learn
· Team Player
· I-CAR certification preferred
· A valid state driver's license in order to drive customer or company vehicles
· 3 years experience

* Organization - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and adaptable to workplace changes
* Education and Experience - Completion of high school or equivalent and five-plus years of automotive painting experience preferred
* Goal-oriented - Ability to meet and exceed the goals of the role
