Position SummaryÂ
Position provides clerical and/or office assistive support to Recruitment department. Position responsible for initial screening of all incoming applications, reviewing eligibility of rehire/ transfer requests, and completing paperwork for new hire processing. Position responsible for coordination of all activities and projects for the Recruitment Department and ongoing maintenance of organized, efficient systems to support the various functions of the department. Provides internal and external customer service.Â
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening of candidate applications, including reviewing licensure and gallup assessments. Â
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including scheduling, and other support as needed Â
- Takes candidate calls regarding application status. Follows up with candidates regarding status of interviews. Â
- Attends recruitment events and meetings as necessary Â
- Under the direction of the Department Director, oversees the departmental supply inventory. Prepares supply requisitions for approval by the Department Director. Coordinates with Materials Management and others as necessary for the ordering of supplies/products for the department. Â
- Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Special Skills:Â
- Healthcare and Human Resources knowledge preferred. Â
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Â
- Must display a high degree of discretion and confidentially. Â
- Good knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Proficient in Microsoft, Excel (including spreadsheets, charts and graphs), Word, and Outlook. Â
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately and independently in a fast-pacedÂ
- environment with a minimum of supervision. Â
- Capable of data collection and creation of documents to support data findings. Â
- Effective communication with physicians, visitors, and staff members of all levels in the facility. Â
- Advanced computer skills. Â
- Ability to maintain confidential information.Â
- Minimum requirementÂ
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Â
- Preferred requirementÂ
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications or related fieldÂ
- Experience: 1 year experience in HR/ RecruitmentÂ
