Must be able to work Sunday -Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Thursday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Duties/Responsibilities: Mixing ingredients Operating ovens/mixers Decorating Ensuring quality standards are being met Maintain sanitation Following GMP and PPE policies Packaging Adhering to safety protocols. Operating Fryers Operate Donut Glaze warmers Extruding Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in taste and appearance. Demonstrates eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks. Required to work weekends and holidays when needed.Education and Experience: High School Diploma preferred.  Previous commercial food production experience is preferred. Proficiency with commercial mixers, ovens, and high-volume production techniques preferred.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Capability to perform physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, bending, climbing, standing, and walking. Adequate visual and auditory acuity. High-heat environments (ovens). Ability to work in cold temperatures (freezers/refrigerators). Fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-conscious atmosphere.
