Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

We are currently seeking Full-Time Early Childhood/Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide services to our clients in the following areas:

Dutchess County and Orange County- specifically Newburgh, NY, Port Jervis, NY and Highland Falls, NY, Westchester NY

Position Summary: 
Liberty POST is currently seeking motivated and energetic Early Childhood Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) for part-time and/or full-time employment to work with children who are birth-5 years old through Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs. 

Qualifications:

• • Current New York State authorization/licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
  • Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if travel is required for the position.
• At least one year of experience working with early childhood
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time preferred, Part-time available.

Pay Rate EI:

• EI 30 minutes: $46
• EI 60 minutes: $61
• Facility Based: $32

Pay Rate: CPSE

• CPSE 30 minutes: $32
