Job DetailsJob Location: GRAFTON, WI 53024Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50 HourlyThis pivotal role requires close collaboration with all stakeholders, including individuals, families, and other agency team members, to create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to actively participate in their communities as valued neighbors, productive workers, and respected citizens. Facilitate & Implement appropriate activities for participants. Coordinate activities and assist throughout the event. Inform participants & coordinate external arrangements, and ensure accommodations meet all participants' needs Ensuring the safety and comfort of all participants in your care. Part-time (10 hours a week and 2 Saturdays a month) Late Afternoon/ Evening Schedules Monday thru Friday with alternating Saturdays Qualifications
