What We Offer
- Competitive pay of $15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification
- Additional $1.50 per hour for eligible weekend shifts

Your Responsibilities
As a senior care assistant, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.
Depending on each client's needs and individualized Plan of Care, responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Supporting personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning
- Providing medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and general tidying
- Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands, when needed
- Supporting safe mobility and everyday activities
- Following the client's individualized Plan of Care
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs to the office team
- Communicating professionally with clients, families, and office staff as appropriate

Qualifications
- At least one year of senior caregiving experience in a home care agency, healthcare facility, or private-care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, including safely lifting at least 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working in homes with small dogs and/or cats
- Ability to understand and follow an individualized Plan of Care
- Ability to communicate professionally and respond to work-related calls, texts, and emails regarding scheduling and client updates
- Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience is preferred
- Willingness to complete required company training
