IHSS Attendant, Care with Heart, Presence, and Purpose. As the IHSS Attendant, you will provide assistance with activities of daily living for the client.

What You’ll Do

Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and linen changes
Assist with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises
Observe patient condition, report changes, and document care accurately
maintain a clean, comfortable home environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Empathy, patience, and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
Ability to understand family interactions and aging process
Beginning knowledge of nutrition and food service
ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written

salary range $19.00 - $20.00
