About the Role:

The Lube Technician at Toyota of Grand Rapids plays a critical role in ensuring vehicles receive timely and high-quality maintenance services, specifically focusing on oil changes and lubrication tasks. This position is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing efficient, accurate, and safe service that helps extend the life and performance of customers' vehicles. The technician will work closely with the service team to inspect vehicles, identify potential issues, and perform routine maintenance according to Toyota standards. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field, specifically with oil changes and lubrication services.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
  • Valid driver’s license.
