While we’ve proudly developed talent from within, we are currently looking to add a technician with prior technical and troubleshooting experience who can help strengthen our team and support our continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic forming and manufacturing equipment
Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions to keep production running efficiently
Support and refine manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment improvements and new builds
Train and support operators on equipment use and best practices
Maintain documentation, fixture files, and process records
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and quality requirements
Assist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a technically experienced, hands-on problem solver who brings:

3+ years of Manufacturing Technician or similar hands-on technical experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience diagnosing equipment issues in a production environment
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality

⭐ Experience That Would Make You Stand Out

Low-voltage electrical diagnostics experience
Manual machining experience (lathe, mill, surface grinder, etc.)
Plastics or plastic forming equipment experience
Pneumatic or mechanical system troubleshooting
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams
Experience supporting manufacturing equipment or automation
