What's in it for you:

Production Trainer to help provide a welcoming and positive experience for the trainee while reinforcing our company’s commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

What you will do:

  • Train employees on various positions throughout the production environment.
  • Work with EHS, HR, and Dojo Team on new hire trainings and orientations
  • Introduce new hires to the area and line requirements (discuss PPE requirements, tour of the line explaining top level functions of the line, evacuation plan, QaS, quality policy, MDI elements, Standard Work, JBS’s, job duties, etc.)
  • Ability to provide coaching as needed
  • Adhere to company Core Values and Principles and review with new employees
  • Review company administration policies and procedures with new employees
  • Review department specific procedures/expectations with new employees
  • Ensure a safe working environment at all times
  • Evaluate trainee performance and enter data electronically.  Complete and provide training evaluations for new employees
  • Evaluate training needs for the facility and create training content to address gaps
  • Understand and teach advanced training classes such as Proof Booth, Wire Excellence, etc.

What you will bring:

  • 1 – year training experience or more
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capable of performing multiple assembly stations/processes adhering to standard work
  • Strong Microsoft Office preferred
