Position Details
Provide quality, youth-centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work or related field.
- Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Flexible Availability
- Ability to work 2nd shift
- Ability to occasionally work on other shifts for supervision, training, and shift coverage
- This full-time position is required to work some (not all weekends)
- The schedule follows an A/B rotation:
- Schedule A: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Schedule B: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Compensation Information
- 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
