JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production.
Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Remove, handle, and organize finished products.
Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all safety procedures and production instructions.
Meet production goals and report equipment or quality concerns to a supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
