LSI Staffing is now hiring Injection Molding Line Workers for a busy manufacturing facility! If you're dependable, ready to work, and looking for a long-term opportunity, this is your chance to get your foot in the door with a great company that values its employees.

Available Shifts:

B-SHIFT: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Sunday – Tuesday
• 12-hour shifts
• Employees work 3 or 4 shifts per week, depending on the assigned schedule

What We Offer:

• $23.00/hour starting pay through LSI Staffing
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• Upon conversion to a Sika employee, pay increases to $24.25/hour
• Union-paid benefits upon conversion
• Steady, full-time work
• 12-hour shift schedule
• On-the-job training provided
• Weekly pay through LSI Staffing

Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
