Directorof Case Management Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM–5 PM

TheDirector of Case Management is responsible for the direction of staff andfiscal resources of the entire Case Management department
Demonstratesleadership skills that include team building, motivating staff with enthusiasmand compassion, effective communication skills, recruitment of staff, andresponsible department budgeting
The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care

Directorof Case Management Qualifications:

CurrentNew Mexico RN License or compact state
Atleast 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital settingrequired
