Night Audit

Description

The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center Hotel located in Grapevine, Texas has an opening for a night auditor.

Job Duties:

• Verify that all revenues have been correctly recorded and charges to guest accounts are complete and accurate.
• Ensure that all revenue producing departments are properly posted and are in balance.
• Run all required reports.
• Open and close food and beverage revenue center.

1. Verify all accounts posting and balance.

2. Track room revenues, occupancy percentages and other front office statistics..

3. Prepare a summary of cash, check and credit card activities.

This position is a full time position. The night audit shift is from 11:00 Pm to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of 1 year hotel night audit experience in a full service hotel. Knowledge of hotel operating systems
