Job DetailsJob Location: Arizona Snowbowl - FLAGSTAFF, AZ 86002Position Type: Seasonal  Purpose of the position: The Rental Repair Technician is responsible for explaining all services offered by the Repair Shop to Guests. Safely performing repairs and tunes on the Rental Shop fleet and Guest equipment. The Rental Repair Technician will also process sales and possess the ability to answer general questions about Arizona Snowbowl. A repair technician must be friendly and helpful to both teammates and guests.    Qualifications  Essential Functions: Basic knowledge of Arizona Snowbowl and ability to effectively answer guest questions in regards to ski area, procedures, and equipment functions Uphold Snowbowl policies and procedures  Maintain a safe and clean work environment and safely work with various cleaning/repair products used in maintaining the facility Properly operate and maintain all tools and equipment in the repair shop including, but not limited to, grinder, hot waxers, extruders, and hand tools Perform basic tunes and repairs on all forms of equipment Perform advanced tunes and repairs with direct supervision of the Repair Supervisor Ability to use salespoint to collect appropriate monies, make change per company cash handling controls, and complete cash drawer opening and closing procedures as per the cash control department Ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent teamwork and communication skills Return rental fleet equipment from the repair shop to appropriate rental shop location Any other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned for the success of the company wide operations NOTICE:  This job description may be changed to include new responsibilities and tasks or change existing ones as management deems necessary. Other Duties and Physical requirements: Able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift weights of up to 20 pounds overhead Cleaning/maintaining department areas  Snow and ice removal as required Competencies Required: Product Knowledge Great customer service skills  Basic computer skills  Cash handling   Attention to detail and organization
