- Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Building and growing your own client base, turning first-time shoppers into loyal, returning clients.
- Hitting and exceeding personal and store sales targets.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Bringing Browns’ product knowledge and brand story to life, every day.
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Polished, sophisticated, professional, and genuinely passionate about fine jewellery, people and sales.

Requirements
- Accomplished professional with a background in retail, luxury retail or relevant client/service related roles
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Must have authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- Preferred Qualification - A University Degree.
