We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The ideal candidate is confident in both L&D and Mother-Baby/Postpartum care.Ā
Pay
Traveler RN: $77/hour (Ā $43/hour W-2 taxable + $34/hour non-taxable stipend)
Job Type: Travel Contract | 13 Weeks
Location: Great Barrington, MA
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM ā 7:30 AM
Hours: 12-hour shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes appropriately.
- Support newborn care and postpartum recovery.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent L&D experience ā Required
- Postpartum/Mother-Baby experience ā Required
- BSN ā Required
- Massachusetts RN License ā Required
- BLS (AHA) ā Required
- NRP ā Required
- STABLE Certification ā Required
- Current L&D, Postpartum & Mother-Baby skills checklists ā Required
- Recent supervisory reference ā Required
- Personal vehicle required for the assignment
