Restaurant Supervisor, 1919 Kitchen & Tap at Lambeau Field

Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.

• Supervise the activities of all team members assigned to the floor; ensure that breaks occur promptly
• Train new and existing team members under the direction of management
• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
• Assist managers in training and development of the team, and conduct team member 1-on-1 sessions
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
• Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties
• Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of related experience is required
• Basic math skills 
• Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail, are required
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to maintain the guest’s goodwill
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of the shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
• The majority of time is spent alternating between the indoor, climate-controlled environment of the restaurant and the temperature fluctuations of the warehouse and kitchen
