Summary of Key Objectives	Fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner by means of: picking the inventory, packing product, and preparing the order for shipment.
Description of Key Responsibilities	Pick inventory from stock as designated by order or “pick” slips. Maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Pack orders in corresponding boxes, adding fillers, as needed. Print and attach shipping labels to orders. Keep a clean and organized work station to preserve organization of orders. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience	High school diploma or GED certificate
Typical Work Schedule	Normal business hours Monday through Friday. (8:30am-4:30pm)
FLSA Status	Hourly non-exempt position: eligible for overtime pay.
Peak Work Time Requirements	Position requires up to 40 hours per week. Additional overtime may be available during peak months, with prior approval from manager.
Working Conditions	General warehouse environment, casual dress is acceptable. Work requires standing up to eight hours per day and near moving parts. Lighting and temperature are adequate and the noise is moderate near certain machines and adequate in all other places. Work is performed using hands and fingers and occasional general warehouse machinery. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
IMPORTANT:	This is a seasonal position that has start dates between October to December. This position runs to the following January depending on workload at that time. This position requires both a drug screening and background screening.
